As Drilling Operation Engineer, you will be Involved in the entire lifecycle of a well from designing wells and planning drilling programs to coordinating drilling teams and managing budgets, these roles require a high level of responsibility and are compensated accordingly.

To succeed in this role, you should have minimum 1 year of experience relevant to drilling project.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for Drilling Operation Engineer to join our team in Indonesia.

The Role Responsibilities Include

• Involved in the entire lifecycle of a well from designing wells and planning drilling programs to coordinating drilling teams and managing budgets, these roles require a high level of responsibility and are compensated accordingly.
• Responsible for planning and executing operations that drill for steam (single or double flash) and supervise well testing and drilling crews.
  
  

Compliance

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting continuous environmental performance improvement.
• Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by supporting the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in compliance with ISO 45001, identifying hazards, assessing risks, and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in accordance with ISO 37001, ensuring compliance with anti-bribery policies, due diligence, and promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
• Employees are expected to comply with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System by following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continual improvement. This ensures alignment with the organization's commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  
  

What You’ll Have

• Having minimum Bachelor Degree of Engineering
• Total accumulative professional experiences relevant to drilling project: minimum 1 year
• Total Cumulative Professional Experiences in Geothermal Drilling Projects: minimum 1 years
• Is being active working in a geothermal project for the past 6 months
• Number of Geothermal Drilling Training/Course attended: minimum 2 courses/trainings
• Number of Different Geothermal Fields Involvement: minimum 2 geothermal fields
• Number of International Conference Publications Relevant to Geothermal Drilling as main author: minimum 1 publication/paper
• Number of International Conference Publications Relevant to Geothermal Drilling as co-author: minimum 1 publication/paper
• Number of Stuck-Pipe Prevention Training attended: minimum 1 training
