  • Melakukan pemeliharaan rutin pada sistem IT
  • Memastikan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak terpasang dan terkonfigurasi dengan benar
  • Menganalisis dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis, seperti kegagalan sistem, konektivitas, atau masalah pada perangkat keras
  • Membuat laporan teknis dan dokumentasi terkait pemeliharaan, perbaikan, dan pemecahan masalah

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal pendidikan D3 jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer
  • Memiliki pengalaman relavan menjadi nilai tambah
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting hardware, software, dan jaringan
  • Memahami Microsoft Office terutama Microsoft Excel dengan baik
