PROCUREMENT STAFF NON COGS

Job Summary

PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa (Japfa Group) is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as Procurement Staff Non-COGS. This position is responsible for managing procurement activities related to non-production goods and services required to support the company's daily operations, including office supplies, IT equipment, operational equipment, facility maintenance, and other administrative needs. The role focuses on identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive prices, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective procurement processes to support operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Job Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions for non-production goods and services, including office supplies, IT equipment, operational equipment, facility maintenance, marketing materials, and other general administrative needs.
• Source, evaluate, and select vendors or suppliers based on quality, price, service, and reliability.
• Conduct price negotiations with vendors regarding pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other procurement requirements.
• Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company procedures and procurement policies.
• Monitor and follow up on order and delivery status to ensure goods and services are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement requirements and resolve issues related to purchasing, delivery, or supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, price comparison documents, and other supporting documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
• Monitor procurement expenses and identify opportunities for cost efficiency without compromising quality and operational requirements.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing, preferably handling Non-COGS or indirect procurement.
• Experience in purchasing office supplies, IT equipment, operational equipment, facility maintenance, or other non-production goods and services is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible, and possessing a high level of integrity.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
• Willing to be placed in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
