Responsibilities

• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
• Monitor all operations that affect quality.
• Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff.
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
• Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied.
• Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action.
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
• Review current standards and policies.
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure all legal standards are met.
• Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
• Responsible for overseeing the QA staff and ensures that all QA and Regulatory programs are followed, makes sound decisions and executes quality oversight

Qualifications

• Min S1 (Bachelor) in Engineering, prefer in Electronics Engineering, D3 with excellence porto folio is welcome
• Have experience as QA Manager
• Certified Six Sigma GB/ Black Belt, QMS Lead Auditor Certified,Certified Quality Engineer/ Manager
• Profen excellent track records in organization, communication,
• Able to communicate direct to customer, problem solving, highly motivated, team work
• Experience in PCBA industries as QA Manager role for >5years
• In Automotive/ Aerospace industries is prefered
• Have training IPC-J-STD-001 & IPC-A610, ESDS20.20 & other PCBA std,ISO9001, 14001, 45001, IATF,
