Direct Sales Indonesia

Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Director for Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei, you will be in-charge of all

MSI’s Direct Sales activities to police, military and defense in Indonesia.

The Roles And Responsibilities Include

• Grow MSI’s business of mission critical communications, command center software and
  
  

video surveillance and analytics in the Indonesia police, military and defense market

• Nurture existing accounts and develop new accounts and recruit new partners
• Re-establish MSI as a leader in the market
• Build a funnel of opportunities in the following verticals:
• Police and paramilitary
• Defense
• Transportation (Rail and Airport)
• Energy and Natural Resources
• Experience of working with large accounts in several of the above focus verticals
  
  

Basic Requirements

Significant sales experience in Indonesian Government sector (police, military and defense)

or related fields

• Tender process for government institutions
• Indonesian Government connections
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred
• Experience of working with multinational companies either as an employee or as an
  
  

employee of a partner organization

• Good understanding of solutions selling
• Driven, team player, fast learner
• Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience of working in matrix organizations
• Knowledge of the enterprise market will be a plus (Transportation, energy, utilities)
• Travel Requirements: 10-25%
