You’ll also help guide and develop junior talent while reporting to a senior lead. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute various planning scenarios based on media objectives and strategies
• Collaborate with performance teams to ensure campaign implementation, optimization, and delivery of KPIs.
• Translate client briefs into actionable strategies that deliver on business goals, within timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated digital marketing plans.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to deliver proactive strategic insights.
• Ensure clear communication and documentation with clients and business partners.
• Elevate team capabilities by leveraging specialist resources and encouraging knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and support Assistant Planners, helping them grow professionally and improve output quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital planning with strong campaign exposure.
• Proven ability to analyze data and extract strategic, actionable insights.
• Experience with KPI development, media buying, and campaign management tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in leading client communication and managing expectations on a daily basis.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
