What we need:

We are looking for a thorough, commercially minded, and proactive Sr. Officer, Legal to lead the drafting and negotiation of our customer agreements and support the company's broader legal and compliance needs. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales and other business teams to close deals efficiently while managing legal risk across our connectivity, cloud, and data center operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, including MSAs, service orders, SLAs, and colocation, connectivity, and cloud agreements, working alongside Sales
• Provide practical legal advice to Sales, Operations, and Finance on deal structure, commercial terms, and risks in customer agreements
• Identify legal risks in business transactions and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and legal documentation standards in line with company policy
• Manage the contract repository
• Monitor and support compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including telecommunications, personal data protection, and electronic information and transactions

The successful candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum); Master's degree is an advantage
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a legal role, in a corporate legal department or law firm, preferably in the telecommunications, IT, or data center industry
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably customer contracts for technology, telco, or data center services
• Good knowledge of Indonesian corporate, contract, and regulatory law, including personal data protection and telecommunications regulations
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance legal risk with business needs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
• High integrity, with a strong sense of confidentiality, and aligned with the company's values
