Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Product Manager to take new product initiatives from concept to market. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who combines strong product thinking, commercial acumen, and a builder's mindset.

You will work directly with customers, understand their needs, identify opportunities, and turn ideas into working products quickly. Beyond building and launching products, you must be able to evaluate their performance, understand the underlying business economics, and make objective decisions about when to scale, pivot, or kill an initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Discovery & Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers, including senior executives, to uncover business challenges, validate opportunities, and translate customer needs into product solutions.
• 0-to-1 Product Building: Drive new product initiatives from concept to launch, define MVPs, prioritize features, and deliver working solutions through rapid experimentation and iteration.
• Product Strategy & Growth: Define product direction and success metrics, using data such as user adoption, retention, LTV, and unit economics to guide product decisions.
• Execution & Ownership: Work closely with engineering and other stakeholders to turn ideas into scalable solutions, taking full ownership of progress and outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Product Investment Decisions: Evaluate product-market fit, customer demand, and commercial viability. Recognize when to double down, pivot, or discontinue initiatives rather than continuing to invest in ideas that lack potential.
  
  
  

Must-Have

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of building and launching products from zero to one. Startup or entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.
• Strong product and commercial thinking, with the ability to understand product metrics, customer retention, LTV, and unit economics.
• High ownership and execution speed, comfortable navigating ambiguity, making independent decisions, and delivering results without constant direction.
• Strong customer-facing and consultative communication skills, with fluent English and confidence engaging senior international stakeholders.
• Strong technical curiosity and understanding of modern technology, ideally with exposure to AI, LLMs, or agentic products.
