Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, providing technical support, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and relevant regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven sales or account management experience in plastic packaging manufacturing or component parts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in English; the ability to communicate in Chinese and/or Japanese is an advantage.
