Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth, build and mentor high-performing sales teams, and develop strategic initiatives to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will combine professional expertise with decisive leadership and a customer-focused approach to achieve organizational objectives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets and organizational goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and customize sales approaches for the Jakarta market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Forecast sales pipelines, monitor performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to optimize sales processes and customer experience
• Conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans to drive team accountability and results
• Participate in negotiations with major clients and partners to secure contracts and favorable terms
• Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding and professional development programs for sales team members
• Stay informed of industry developments and market dynamics specific to the Indonesia region

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales management experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams
• Strong understanding of B2B or B2C sales processes, customer acquisition, and account management
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Experience in the Jakarta or Indonesia market is highly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional service and results
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
