What You'll Do:

  • Generate and close new business.
  • Maintain business and relationships with existing customers.
  • Deliver a consistent and irresistible story to dislodge a customer’s status quo and highlight differentiation.
  • Be accustomed and comfortable with selling to the IT managers, CxO, decision-makers, and other key leadership roles.
  • Drive, increase, and accelerate pipeline growth through active demand generation and targeted campaigns.
  • Pitch to any audience and demonstrate the fundamental customer value proposition of our offering with unparalleled precision.
  • Quickly translate our offering into a vision that the prospect will perceive as deeply valuable at a personal and corporate level.
  • Ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Be responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service daily.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records, review your sales performance, and aim to achieve monthly, quarterly, or annual targets.


What We're Looking For:

Work Experience Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development (merchant acquisition), account management, and sales from technology companies (O2O, e-commerce, online marketing, or SaaS).
  • A problem solver; takes a hands-on approach on problem-solving; highly structured, analytical with strong quantitative skills
  • Employment in a professional services organization and F&B business is highly preferred.
  • Experience in dealing with customers at all levels, including C-levels.


Personal Qualification:

  • High interpersonal and communications skills; excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as work in teams and a multicultural environment.
  • Analytical with strategic thinking orientation.
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner and adaptive, innovative, and able to meet schedules in a high-pressure environment.
