Business Development Manager - Palembang

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sales, Recruitment and Development in Palembang, Lampung and surrounding area
• Assist the agents to improve sales and productivity
• Assist sales management team in delivering sales and recruitment activities in line with the company KPIs.
• Maintaining good relationship with agents
• Managing conflict, provide positive influence and encourage teamwork
• Provide one-on-one coaching and counseling with agents
• Support and participate in agency’s activities such as goal setting, business dinner, recruitment event, etc.
• Responsible to socialize, implement and increase the usage of digital sales, recruitment and activity tools
• Provide reports and analysis of sales, recruitment, activities and update progress to CAO

Key Requirements:

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in any major
• English Skill : Proficient in verbal and writing
• Working Experience : Min. 5 years in life insurance industry
• Professional Qualifications : Leadership, presentation skill, public speaking, sales, recruitment and development expertise, wide network
• Others (e.g. computer skill, etc.) : MS Office, Power Point
