Role Description

• Assist the sales team in demonstrating basic HRIS system features to potential clients.
• Gather market data and industry trends related to HRIS.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
• Support the team in marketing activities, such as creating promotional materials and participating in events
• Responsible for identifying the needs of potential clients related to HRIS systems.
• Develop customized proposals tailored to client-specific needs.
• Conduct professional product presentations to potential clients at the management level.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation of the HRIS system.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Finance, and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
