Assistant Outlet Manager

The position is assist Outlet Manager to overseeing the smooth running of the Outlet Restaurant, strategic function for the achievement of the property’s objective on financial, internal process, coordinate with restaurant kitchen team leader to achieving the highest guest experienced both service and product, able to manage the team member and F&B Service administration

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma Degree in an accredited college or university majoring in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same role
• Strong working knowledge in planning, organizing, and execution of restaurant budget, manning, production, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• High working knowledge in leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills
• Exceptional communications skills both verbal & written
