A global company is seeking a dynamic and committed Country Sales Manager (Chain Pharmacy) to join their team in Jakarta. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within key accounts, retail, and corporate sales.

What you'll do:

As a Country Sales Manager (Chain Pharmacy), you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned key accounts, retail, and corporate sales. You will be responsible for managing all business activities related to these accounts, ensuring that they align with our brand's standards and objectives. Your role will involve managing the annual selling and activity schedule for key accounts, delivering seasonal sell-in targets, forecasting, tracking, reporting on key account performance, as well as developing retail and corporate sales programs. Your ability to balance brand goals with account needs will be crucial in this role.

  • Drive and manage all business activities in relation to the account(s)
  • Manage the annual forecast and Go-To-Market strategy for the Key Accounts including arranging business review meetings
  • Monitor and deliver the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s) based on the KPIs/sell-thru targets
  • Forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, etc.
  • Develop retail and corporate sales programs including appropriate product offerings in collaboration with the Regional Merchandising Manager

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience from a diverse background, especially from sales or marketing within the scope of Retail. Your fluency in English and the local language will aid in building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your strategic acumen, result orientation, and negotiation skills will be crucial in driving profitable and sustainable market share growth.

  • Proven sales track record, people leadership and management skills and experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) yearsSales Management and Marketing or Trade Marketing experience in an FMCG environment, ideally in Skincare
  • Experience dealing with buyers of major Key Account chains and partner management is essential
  • Have a strong understanding of the Indonesia retail market and appreciate HCP endorsement on consumer health products is desirable
  • Experience dealing with HCPs including Dermatologists is desirable
