Client Location: Australia
Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday / 9AM-6PM Melbourne Time
Contract Type: Full-Time Contract
Contract Term: 6 months (Renewable)
Monthly Compensation: USD 900-1400
Job Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our client’s team, a growing retail brand in Australia. This role is ideal for someone creative, proactive, and confident in driving online brand growth through effective social media, content, and web management. You’ll manage the brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and help improve customer experience and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
A. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage supplied content, images, and videos across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
B. Website Management
- Maintain and update the company website to ensure it’s visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and conversions.
C. Web Content Creation
- Produce engaging content for the website, including blog posts, articles, and product descriptions.
- Use AI tools and software to ensure visuals and layouts are clean, cropped, and professional.
D. Graphic Design & Content Enhancement
- Design compelling graphics for campaigns, social media, and website use.
- Enhance and edit product and customer images for marketing purposes.
- Utilize showroom images and customer-submitted photos creatively across digital platforms.
E. Sales Channel Development
- Identify and implement new online sales channels to support business growth.
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent and proactive working style, able to present solutions with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in retail or furniture industries (portfolio preferred)
- Experience managing websites and content for eCommerce brands
