- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam peran serupa di industri manufaktur.
- Memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peraturan K3 dan praktik terbaik industri.
- Kemampuan analitis yang kuat dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif, baik lisan maupun tertulis.
- Pengetahuan tentang alat dan perangkat lunak yang relevan dengan K3.
- Bersemangat, berorientasi pada detail, dan memiliki komitmen terhadap keselamatan.
- Wajib memiliki sertifikat AK3 Umum
