Event Project Manager

Responsibilities :

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the event exhibition industry. Experience with large-scale exhibitions, preferably in Government sector.
• Strong understanding of event planning, production, and management processes.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the event industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Able to lead the team efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta, ready to travel for projects across Indonesia.
• Can join immediately.
