As a Presales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the successful planning and design of Fiberisasi MNO/Enterprise projects. - Support Sales: Collaborate with the FO Business sales team to provide planning and design for Fiberisasi MNO/Enterprise projects, including Dark and Lit Fiber solutions, based on identified needs and opportunities.
- Design Review Meeting (DRM): Engage in Design Review Meetings with customers and partners to seek approval for proposed designs.
- Bill of Quantity (BOQ): Prepare and provide Bill of Quantity (BOQ) documents and coordinate with Procurement regarding the Technical Shopping List.
- Design Pack Standard: Create and deliver Design Pack Standards for FO project implementations.
- MNO System Integration: Submit designs to the MNO System (LMS) for SPK (Surat Perintah Kerja) processing and manage Change Requests for Drop Site and Re-Routing.
- Topology & Core Management: Develop and provide topology and core management solutions for FO implementations.
- Fiberization Analysis: Analyze potential Fiberization opportunities and Lease Up CENT's (Central Offices) sites.
- FO Monitoring & Asset System: Provide support for the planning and design of FO Monitoring & Asset System requirements.
- Support the FO Delivery team in addressing escalated issues related to partner surveys and designs, design changes, technical support, additional customer requests, rectifications/additional work, and more.
- Collaborate with FO Implementation & Operation Corrective Maintenance Team to review APD (As-Built Drawing), ABD (As-Built Documentation), KML (Key Material List), and BOQ, and approve e-memos for budget requests, including joint site visits.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations for FO materials proposed by vendors.
- Coordinate with the FO Delivery team regarding change requests and the completeness of supporting documentation.
- Monitor the implementation of approved planning and designs by the Implementation (Project) Team, ensuring compliance with applicable design standards.
- Manage the Core Database and existing FO route documentation.
- Ensure compliance with FO License Fulfillment Commitments as required by KOMINFO (Ministry of Communication and Information Technology).
- Provide support for data analysis and planning related to non-MNO opportunities identified by the Sales team.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in presales within the Fiber Optic business.
- English fluency is a plus, as it may involve communication with international partners and customers.
