What will you do as Funding Manager

As a Funding Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's funding activities, including fundraising, investor relations, and liquidity management. Your main goal is to secure and maintain the necessary funding to support the company's growth strategy while maintaining a healthy balance sheet. You will also work closely with other departments, such as Product Development and Risk Management, to ensure funding sources are aligned with the company's overall strategy

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop and implement funding strategies that align with the company's growth plans and overall financial objectives.
2. Manage the company's fundraising activities, including debt and equity financing, to ensure adequate funding is available to support business operations.
3. Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other funding sources to ensure access to capital.
4. Monitor and manage liquidity risk to ensure sufficient cash and cash equivalents are available to meet financial obligations.
5. Prepare and present financial reports, including cash flow projections and financial statements, to the executive team and board of directors.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to funding and liquidity management.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as Product Development and Risk Management, to ensure funding sources are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
8. Manage and lead a team of funding professionals to ensure efficient and effective funding operations.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in funding or liquidity management, preferably in the fintech industry.
3. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with investors and funding sources.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
7. Experience managing and leading a team of professionals.
8. Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools.
