GENERAL AFFAIR OFFICER (MANDARIN) - #90572

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure all bank's properties used and maintain properly
• Preparing tender documents such as bill of quantity, materials reference, compare quotations before bidding and select the vendor
• On-site checking and pre-visit for renovation
• Monitor the project renovation job and act as the liaison officer between Bank an vendor including visit workshop, weekly meeting with contractor, site survey (weekly or monthly)
• Coordinate with building management for electrical, phone line, pest control and others
• Provide on site support for renovation job, monitor the project progress and submit the weekly report such as renovation progress report (schedule/photos)
• Submit any final account report of project before payment
• Prepare and review policy and procedure
• Other job in the scope of work instructed by superiors

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any field, preferable in Engineering Major
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Possesses excellent command in English and Mandarin both written and spoken
• Self driven, detail oriented and good interpersonal skill
• Willing to learn new things, do on-site visits, work under high demand and pressure, work over time
