General Manager for Fine Wine Sales Company

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit sales team
• Manage office operations
• Review stocks, budgets and results with owner of the company.
• Be knowledgeable about the product
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Answer questions about the products
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least relevant education in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent in a related field
• 3 years of work experience in a related field preferred
• Must have spoken and written English and Bahasa
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Confident, determined, and self-assured
• Target Oriented
