Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, fashion, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience at Marketing Manager / Sales Manager / Product Manager from fashion retail industry with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing initiatives.
- Business Level of English
- Has ability of leading a team with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales and marketing goals.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques, with a focus on the fashion lifestyle sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools and know about e-commerce activities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Marketing, Sales and Product, a customer-centric approach, and a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop strategic mood boards that capture the desired look, feel, and message for each campaign, aligning with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Lead campaign photoshoot planning and execution, coordinating with photographers, stylists, and other creatives to bring the vision to life.
Establish and manage photoshoot budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and align with projected ROI.
Analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine future strategies and optimize marketing spend. - Sales Material Development
Collaborate with Product Development and Graphic Design teams to create compelling sales materials, incorporating feedback and updates to ensure alignment with current offerings.
Develop and maintain a production schedule for all sales materials, ensuring timely delivery to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all sales materials, reviewing language and making adjustments as needed. - Market & Competitor Research
Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to assess marketing strategies, product offerings, and positioning, identifying opportunities for differentiation and enhancement.
Track industry trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and advancements in technology to ensure our brand remains innovative and competitive.
Assess local and international market dynamics, including consumer preferences, purchasing behaviors, and pricing trends, to inform campaign and product strategies.
Evaluate promotional strategies from competitors, providing actionable insights for enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
Monitor relevant industry metrics and compile research findings into strategic reports for leadership and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions. - Brand Management
Maintain and strengthen brand identity and values in all internal and external communications, supporting a cohesive brand experience across touchpoints.
Partner with the Graphic Design team to develop company profiles and branding materials that accurately convey our mission, vision, and core values.
