Job Descriptions:
1. Support HR & GA operations such as recruitment, employee administration, payment etc.
2. Check and process employee's reimbursement, process invoice of transactions such as payroll, BPJS, GA expense and others.
3. Make & recap tax invoice of every transactions (PPh-21, PPh-23 and VAT), including process the payment of the tax.
4. Summarize expense/financial transaction if needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in Mandarin of all aspects.
2. Working experience minimum 1 year. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
3. Bachelor's degree or above majoring in HR or Accounting field.
4. Proven experience of operating Excel or any Accounting Software/System.
5. Have eagerness to learn & highly responsible.
