IT Business Analyst

Qualifications & experiences

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Finance & Accounting)
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of professional IT Business Analyst or Finance/Accounting.
• Having knowledge of IT technologies is an advantage
• Knowledge basic networking to support application to be built.
• Knowledge of ERP: Multi Framework
• Ability to communicate with and interpret the requirements of end users.
• Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in communication (both verbally and in writing), teamwork, initiative, flexibility and adaptability.
• Self-learner, analytical and able to work independently.
• Ability to work under tight project deadlines.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for Requirement Management: Identifying, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Conduct Comprehensive Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and needs.
• Project Management Involvement: Engage in project management and business solution development.
• Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in more complex analytical tasks.
• Deep Domain Understanding: Deeper understanding of specific business domains or industries.
• Better Project Management Skills: Improved project management capabilities.
• Maintains and modifies routine programs, makes approved changes by amending flow charts, developing detailed project changes.
• Analyzes performance of programs and takes action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.
• Document and maintain project administration.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
