We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist to identify opportunities for business growth and optimize marketing strategies. This role involves analyzing business processes and finances, implementing business plans, and building effective networks to drive sustained growth. Key responsibilities include nurturing customer relationships and negotiating successful deals.

Job description:

• Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth;
• Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability;
• Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies;
• Identifying and developing new strategies based on client behavior;
• Performing competitor analysis to increase market share;
• Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships;
• Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities;
• Negotiating and closing business deals to promote sustained revenue;
• Liaising with Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.

Advantages:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field;
• Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry;
• Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion;
• Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients;
• Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior;
• Strong skills in maintaining client relationships and establishing industry partnerships;
• Competency in negotiating and closing business deals;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency and fluency in English and Mandarin (is a Plus).
