Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business objectives. This role requires strong communication, writing, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management:
• Develop engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and press releases.
• Write and edit marketing materials to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.
2. Campaign Development and Execution:
• Plan, implement, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative materials.
3. Brand Management:
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
4. Media and Public Relations:
• Collaborate with media outlets and industry influencers to secure coverage.
• Draft press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate interviews.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Use insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
6. Event Management:
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, or webinars to increase brand visibility.
• Manage event logistics and post-event analysis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, capcut) is a must.
