For Jakarta Indonesia, we are looking with immediate effect for a motivated
Office Administrator / Office Coordinator
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as the local person in charge for Sales Operations for close coordination with Headquarter
- Assisting in Pre-Sales Administration and with the After-Sales inquiries
- Documenting all important sales processes while maintaining clean customer data in both ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Maintaining any task related to asset maintenance.
- Preparing periodical accurate reports related to expenses.
- Establishing a good communication with vendors and suppliers.

- You are fluent in English & Bahasa
- You have a solid knowledge of MS-Office and you will be confident in CRM / ERP systems after internal training
- You possess a reliable, structured and independent way of working and you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are open to learn new skills
- You are able to work under pressure and you keep a positive attitude
In this role you will report to the General Manager in hybrid and dynamic work environment.
