Product Manager (Mobile – Fintech)

Finetiks is on a mission to help Indonesians build great financial habits and live financially well. We’ve launched VIP Save, a digital savings account offering up to 6.25% p.a., backed by a licensed and regulated bank, and integrated with smart budgeting tools.

We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on, experienced Product Manager to help us build and scale engaging financial products for our users.

We’re hiring a Product Manager who has:

Experience building mobile applications, ideally in banking, digital wallets, or fintech

Strong skills in writing detailed, clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

Proficiency in Figma – able to design UX flows and screen mockups

Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and guide delivery

Skilled in conducting UAT, user testing, and feedback loops

Experience working with Marketing and Sales to define and execute GTM strategies

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new features in the Finetiks mobile app
• Translate customer insights and business needs into well-scoped PRDs and wireframes
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality features on time
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and continuously improve UX
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure a smooth go-to-market and launch process
• Constantly iterate on existing features using user feedback and data insights

• 3–6+ years of experience in Product Manageme
• Proven track record in shipping mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Experience in banking/fintech products is a strong plus
• Highly proficient in Figma, PRD writing, and agile tools (e.g., Notion, JIRA)
• Strong problem-solving, product thinking, and user empathy
• Fluency in English and Bahasa; strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
