Production Supervisor (6-months Contract)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Food) or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience as a production supervisor in food industry
• Preferably those who have experience in the frozen food industry
• Have a basic knowledge of machinery in the food industry (frozen food, meat processing, and cooling system)
• Willingness to commit to a 6-month contract with the opportunity to become a permanent employee
• Applicants must be willing to work in PT. Kerta Mulya Semesta (Factory) - Kawasan Industri Millenium, Tangerang
• Willing to work with shift system

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the production process, ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste
• Maintain records of production data, safety incidents, and compliance checks
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with inventory teams for timely replenishment
• Plan, assign, and manage work schedules for production staff across shifts.
• Supervise daily production activities during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules
• Ensure seamless handovers between shifts by conducting shift change meetings and documenting progress reports
