A well-known Distributor & System Integrator Company from 2011, that have a few very famous overseas brands and a lot of projects experiences is expanding the business, and need very qualified candidate as describe below :

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Deep learning to get strong knowledge of company products & solutions.
• Create and make the detailed Report, of an Internal Project Report for each project, to submit to the Team and to the CEO.
• Create a professional and wonderful Project Report Book, to submit to the End User of the Company’s clients.
• Create any kind of Reports that request by the client and the CEO, for each project.
• Documentation of all projects report for future business analysis by the company.
• Execute all assignments allocated by the Project Manager & the CEO related to the main job.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum S1, experience minimum 1 year.
• Graduate in Engineering / Civil or related field in documentations ( e.g. secretary ).
• Very strong communication & written in English.
• A Must : very strong in Ms. Office, Power Point, Design Software and all related to Documentation design.
• A Must : super active in work, active asking in details to the Team for the completion of the work, and able to work with the Team.
• Can work under pressure and diligent, and capable handling many target in the same time.
• Very strong in personality management, good behavior, and can make clients enjoy in relationship.
• Willing to go travel to Site, all around Indonesia and Overseas.
