About Project Managers @ BotDistrikt

We are looking for an amazing mid-level to senior project manager to be part of our talented team building software for businesses who want to have better conversations with their customers at scale. You will be a part of a small team of talented people with whom you will collaborate on a daily basis.

The job is fully remote. You can Work From Home 24/7. We may need you to meet us in Bali every now and then, but we are a fully distributed company between Singapore and Indonesia.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage projects, implementations, and root cause scenarios as assigned to completion
• Create and maintain timeline for all parties to ensure project timelines and sequence of events results in timely project execution
• Involve internal and external teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Report daily/weekly benchmarks to all parties on progress of situation
• Manage daily standups with the remote team and (if necessary, with customers)
• Manage retrospective sessions with remote team and (if necessary, with customers)
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 Years Experience as Project/Product Manager
• Strong English-speaking proficiency
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of personal accountability
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor while managing multiple deadline-oriented projects
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in MS Office Platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint) OR Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive)
