Regional IT Support - #78263

We’re seeking an experienced IT support person to join us on this journey, to oversee IT systems and assets, assist with upgrades and fixes, and provide training and support as needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, network maintenance, and industry trends to keep us on the cutting edge.

The Regional IT Support has some duties of:

- Manage IT Hardware, software and services and must liase with Finance Team as to manage company assets.

- To create purchasing policy on hardware & software requirements & specification as company assets.

- Provide system monitoring to avoid hardware and application failure.

- To ensure proper IT security in place for all user PC software and network access within the office infrastructure.

- Support programmers to test systems.

- To procure, identify and evaluate request for hardware and software upgrades.

- Perform the deployment , instalment and monitoring of IT hardware, software and services.

- Manage team staffing and recruitment activities for IT Team.

- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
