Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and driving business growth in assigned regions within Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across multiple regions, setting sales goals and monitoring performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand local market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Provide regular reports on regional sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Organize and attend sales events, exhibitions, and workshops to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customers’ needs are met.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Develop and oversee a regional sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
