Job description & requirements

A research team in Moladin also will work together to share insights to marketing, operations, and strategy to ensure that all the product elements can be enjoyed best by its users.

As an outreach researcher, your main responsibility will be the researcher representative in each city and to deliver the dealer voice to the HO team . Your technical skills, communication skills, and way of working will be directly reviewed by the Research Lead.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the step by step research process, including but not limited to : planning, recruiting, interviewing, making surveys, and reporting. Also you can sharpen your communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Mainly work in the field to visit our dealer, you will visit three dealers in a day for 2 weeks in a month (total 30 dealers in a month) including recruit, schedule dealer visit, ensure recordings, and do note takings.
  • Work with and report to HO research team.
  • Create daily reports based on dealer visit.
  • Doing Ad-Hoc at the down time week.
  • Do travel to visit dealers including managing logistics.
  • Ensure compliance for each projects such as: project documentation.

Requirements

  • A rule of thumb of <1 year of experience in the research industry.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
  • Graduated from English literature, humaniora is a plus.
  • Experienced in conducting end-to-end research projects.
  • Having no mobility issues since most of our research is executed in fieldwork.
  • Currently residing in local area (Kalimantan Area).
  • Having connections with used car dealers or leasing companies is a plus point.
  • Naturally eager to learn about research and naturally curious.
  • Enjoy doing face-to-face interview sessions with our users.
  • Confident in communicating ideas.
  • Possess high diligence, detailed personality, and fast response.
  • High responsibility to do remote working.
  • Get things-done mentality.
  • Having lots of ideas and willing to get your hands dirty in experimenting things.
  • Likes to communicate and meet new people.
  • Excited about a fast-paced and comfortable facing ambiguity in the working environment.
  • Proficiency in basic research skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Good at writing in both English and Indonesian.
