Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in related role. Experienced in Chinese company is a plus point.
• Having good communication skills, initiative thinking and plan.
• Understand basic manners & etiquette.
• Male.
• Must be able to speak English
• Age: <45 years old.
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Able to join immediately.

Job Description :

• Prepare important documents, such as reports, presentations, and so on.
• Manage all matters related to administration.
• Manage databases and archiving systems.
• Perform or prepare any files that may be required by superiors.
• Maintain all files and records for ongoing projects.
• Understanding the sales process such as price quotation / prepare bidding, sales order, shipment or delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate sales logistics directly to headquarter.
• Sales Support Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes and the ability to support sales teams effectively.
• Logistics and Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of the logistics process, including shipping, warehousing, and inventory management.
