Job Title: Sales Representative (Engineering)
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A technical background in engineering is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the engineering or technical sector.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of engineering principles and the ability to discuss technical aspects of products with clients. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering sector.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s engineering products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
