The primary focus for this role will be meet business goals and ensure sustained profitable growth as well as gain customer satisfaction.

Responsibility

  • Managing the Area / Branch to improve the effectiveness of sales which can provide the maximum benefit for the company
  • Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales goals
  • Responsible for market expansion to ensure sales targets are met
  • Maintain good communication with new and existing customer, strengthen existing customers’ loyalty
  • Coordinate with other division such as supply chain, product engineering, operations/services and finance to ensure that spare part’s availability, delivery, installation and after sales service run smoothly
  • Providing sales reports, sales growth, market strategy, market demand, open new area and customer retention to the General Manager

Qualification:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably related with mining industry
  • Graduated in any discipline, mechanical or technical background will be an advantage
  • Experience in handling area Kalimantan or Sulawesi
  • Able to work in team, have a good leadership, good communication skill, good negotiation skill and good in handling customer complain
  • Managing and working together with the principals to increase sales and improve equitable distribution of top products that are listed as top customer.
  • Excellent people management, performance management and target oriented
  • Willing to travel frequently or to be placed in Kalimantan (such as Samarinda and Banjarmasin) and Sulawesi (such as Makassar)
  • Having valid car driving license
  • Good in English (oral and written) and computer literate
