Secretary

We are looking for those who interested in the Secretarial field.

What you will do :

• Manage activities related to the corporate secretary role, including managing the schedule or agenda, and ensuring that the schedule remains on track.
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, including letters, minutes of meetings, and necessary forms.
• Provide administrative support and address other needs in the context of official duties, such as arranging official travel and preparing materials and documents required for meetings.
• Handle VIP guests and manage office petty cash.

We are looking for you who :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, Office Administration, or any related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Secretary position
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
