PT. Banban Indonesia Gemilang, known as Ban Ban Cheese Tea is hiring a Senior Manager for Marketing to oversee Ban Ban portfolio. The individual is responsible to strategize and lead the marketing team in the execution of all marketing and communications activities, media relations, collateral production, advertising and promotional campaigns and all efforts required to effectively represent the company to customers and stakeholders.

Job Description

• Plan, lead and manage all marketing strategies to increase brand awareness within the marketing budget
• Develop and review all content for marketing materials
• Work closely with operations team to create and execute new products to boost sales
• Manage social media and respond to public’s enquiries and feedback promptly
• Develop and coordinate advertising materials or related communication activities
• Keep updated with marketing trends, innovations
• Handle and coordinate all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner.
• Determine event sales targets, prepare event order and prepare big order quantities
• Prepare promotional and online food application needs

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any fields, preferrable in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field. Required Skill(s): marketing, branding.
• Knowledge about marketing strategy in retail F&B.
• Up to date with social media platforms & trends.
• Digital Marketing experience in performance, digital marketing ecosystem, SEM & SEO.
• Has the ability to create work document (Appointment/Invoice with vendor/mall).
• Outgoing, extrovert personality with excellent negotiation skills.
• Able to generate idea.
• Well presented with good grooming standards.
