Job Description Summary :

Ensure the smooth operation of the Ester Plant

Job Description :

  • Supervise the performance of DCS Operators and Field Operators on duty
  • Identify possible problems throughout the production process based on analysis of operational conditions and equipment conditions in the field
  • Monitor the movement of raw material, product and by-product tank levels to see whether they are as desired
  • Check the condition of the ester plant and all equipment used including related utilities
  • Implement all SOPs and instructions related to operations at the ester plant
  • Report all operational conditions via forms and other available media

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Having at least 3 years of working experience as Operator in handling Fatty Ester and/or has experience as shift leader in Fatty Acid
  • Experience in Oleochemical area will be an advantage
  • Willing to be located in Medan
