Responsibilities :

  • Survey locations and undertake research for business expansion (support for analyze the location's feasibility, return of investment, and competitor check in the same location)
  • Survey new tenants and support maintain relationships with existing tenants
  • Make daily and monthly report
  • Present data

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a D3 any majors
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Having experience in survey new locations for business expansion (retail business)
  • Good understanding in the Leasing Agreement
  • Willing to work mobile when needed

Placement: South Jakarta - SCBD (HO)
