Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Min 2 year experience in related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Content Creator or similar role in creative department.
• Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into impactful visual content.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and audience preferences.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Newsletter Management
Develop and schedule engaging weekly newsletter content focused on product launches, micro-trend highlights, and company announcements.
Oversee the maintenance of drip email campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, relevance to audience segments, and timely updates.
Track and report on the performance of newsletter and drip email campaigns, optimizing for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. - Social Media & Content Creation
Create, schedule, and manage weekly social media content across multiple platforms, including Instagram (feed, stories, reels), Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube (campaigns and shorts), Google My Business, and TikTok (upcoming).
Develop and maintain an approved social media schedule that aligns with campaign goals and brand voice.
Collaborate with the social media team on campaign planning, content themes, and new strategies to enhance engagement.
Serve as the liaison between the company and external content writers, ensuring alignment with brand voice and quality standards.
Publish monthly blog posts to engage the audience and support SEO efforts. - Website Content Management
Ensure website content meets brand standards, is legible, and effectively communicates product and company information.
Coordinate website updates to reflect new product launches, blog posts, and other timely content. - Performance Tracking & Reporting
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, covering key metrics across newsletters, social media, website traffic, and conversion data.
Analyze engagement metrics such as drip campaign performance, website traffic, lead conversions, and sales conversions to identify growth opportunities and optimize content strategies.
