Social Media Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Develop engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and stories, while ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and values.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across social media platforms, generate detailed performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and build relationships with online communities to foster brand loyalty.
• Ensure the company’s image and reputation are maintained positively across all social media channels, addressing any issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotional, engagement, and awareness campaigns, ensuring objectives are met and campaigns are optimized for performance.
• Keep up with the latest trends and updates in social media and digital marketing to apply new strategies and techniques to improve brand presence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience managing corporate or personal social media accounts.
• Proficiency in social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others relevant to the industry.
• Ability to craft content briefs and produce content tailored to the target audience and the brand’s tone of voice.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and ability to analyze data to optimize performance.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Fluent in Indonesian. Proficiency in English is a plus.
