We, Sista Group, leading fashion accessory is looking for Supply Chain Managers (placement in Surakarta/Solo) to lead Purchasing & warehouse division.

We have more than 1000 loyal customers and 120+ employees served by 8 stores in Solo and Surabaya.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor degree / equivalent experience in Business

3+ years of Supply Chain Manager

3+ years as Purchasing Manager

Expertise in Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Warehouse Systems

Experience in Retail & Distribution Company

Homebased in Surakarta / Solo will be an advantage

JOB DESC SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER:

• Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to maintain product availability without overstocking.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business goals and customer demands.
• Work with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize reorder points and maintain just-in-time inventory.
• Analyze inventory turnover and lead times to adjust ordering patterns.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure best pricing and service terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plans to enhance reliability and quality.
• Manage transportation and distribution logistics, selecting cost-effective, reliable methods for moving goods.
• Ensure that distribution networks meet customer service requirements and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to track shipments, handle delays, and optimize routes.
• Implement cost-saving measures while ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
