Supply Planning Manager

• Develop and implement short, medium, and long term supply planning strategies to meet customer demand and company goals.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Material Planning, Procurement, Production, NPD, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to align supply plans with demand forecasts.
• Analyze supply chain data : inventory levels and capacity planning to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate, inventory turnover, plan achievement, and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare weekly planning scenario, detail production scheduling, and lead meeting and alignment with production and engineering department.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
• Support new product launches by coordinating supply readiness and inventory planning.
• Utilize ERP and planning software tools to streamline supply planning processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.
• Communicate supply plans and status updates to senior management and stakeholders, inclusive prepare related supply planning reporting
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Min 2- 5 years of experience in supply or demand planning roles within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, and analyse trends.
• Exceptional communication and team work, easy to communicate with all level of organization
• Growth mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
