Manulife Indonesia Tax Reporting will be reporting to the Head of Tax section is accountable to prepare and submit monthly tax compliance, monthly tax returns, and other related reporting & compliance to the local Tax Authorities. This is a single-incumbent position.

On The Job You Will

  • Prepare calculation of Corporate Income Tax Return for PT TDN

  • Prepare monthly tax payment for AJMI,BSI,TDN and DPLK

  • Prepare Tax Exemption Letter and submitted to Tax Office every semester

  • Collect and prepare listing of Prepaid withholding tax for Annual CIT Return submission

  • Prepare supporting documents and maintain administrative requirements related to Tax Disputes

  • Ad Hoc

This position is accountable for the accurate and completeness of analysis and supporting documents related to tax reporting, compliance and company’s daily transactions. These form the basis for assessing the Department’s tax compliance performance and obligations.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor Degree (min.) of Taxation or Accounting

  • Brevet A&B course will be an advantage

  • 3-4 years of relevant working experience in taxation or tax accounting area

  • Good written and verbal communication in English
