Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory) and English (preferred).
• Good understanding of government systems such as TKA-Online, Visa Online.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Experience in consulting is a plus.
• Having good connections with government officers (e.g., Ministry of Manpower, Immigration, BKPM) is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Description:

• Handle requirements for foreign workers' work/stay permits and submit related documents to ministries (such as RPTKA, Notification/IMTA, eVisa (312, 313, 314, 316, 317), Business eVisa (211), etc).
• Prepare administrative documents for submission such as KITAS/KITAP, STM, SKTT, and Laporan Keberadaan (Presence Reports).
• Handle or process visa extensions for company employees, including KITAS, KITAP, RPTKA, IMTA, PMA, and other required documents.
• Assist the company with document completion and ensure timely submissions.
• Ensure all company records are up to date for labor and immigration compliance.
• Monitor expiration and renewal dates for Visas, KITAS, KITAP, RPTKA, and IMTA.
• Help employees obtain visas and other necessary documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information and documents.
