PT NOVELITE NEW MATERIALS INDONESIA is a branch company of Beijing NovElite Co., Ltd., we are looking for Sales Manager with 2~3 years industrial background sales work experience, fluent in English which can be used as daily working language.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new market;
• Independently seek and visit clients in person on site, matching with indirect communication as daily work;
• Coordinate Marketing, Sales and RND colleagues to visit clients and report to superior marketing and sales status time to time;
• Carry out the tasks assigned by the headquarters and feedback local marketing and sales information;
• Office daily work located in Tangerang near Jakarta, business development area can be the whole Java Island.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience major in materials, chemical engineering and building materials;
• 2+ years' of sales experience;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Can hold business negotiation, technical communication on site and make speech, introduce company and products in public;
• Skilled use of electronic office equipments and softwares, and could drive in daily work with legal drive license and own vehicle.
