Canvassing Manager is responsible for building, training, and managing a team of canvassers. Our perfect candidate will also communicate with Executive Management to create strategies and ensure team is meeting the lead production goals for that week. If you are organized and efficient at keeping up-to-date and accurate records of employees time logs and lead forms, you might be the ideal fit!
â¢ 2+ years of management experience.
â¢ Experience in door-to-door/canvassing/face-to-face marketing required
â¢ Home improvement experience preferred
â¢ Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
â¢ Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
â¢ Excellent communication skills
â¢ Maintain confidentiality with employee documents
â¢ Valid driver's license and clean driving record
â¢ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
â¢ Full Time
â¢ Hourly based on experience
